DESCRIPTION:The Bhutan’s Structured & Mentoring Approach to Research Tra
 ining (BSMART) is an adapted version of the Structured Operational Researc
 h and Training Initiative (SORT-IT)\, originally developed by the Internat
 ional Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) and Médecin
 s Sans Frontières (MSF). This course has been contextualized to address B
 hutan’s national health priorities and research needs. The program aims 
 to strengthen operational research (OR) capacity among health professional
 s by equipping them with practical skills to design\, conduct\, analyze\, 
 and disseminate research. The course emphasizes evidence-based decision-ma
 king to improve healthcare planning\, service delivery\, and policy formul
 ation. Participants will gain hands-on experience across the entire resear
 ch cycle - from protocol development to publication and dissemination of f
