Abstract submissions for the 3rd National Sorig Conference is Now Open

Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstract Submission via KGUMSB EventHub Portal

  1. Create a User Profile (if you don’t have one):
  2. Recover Password (if you already have a profile but forgot the password):
    • Go to the login page of the portal.
    • Click on “Forgot my password”.
    • Enter your registered email ID.
    • A password reset link will be sent to your email (if the email matches the system records).
  3. Submit Your Abstract:
    • Visit: https://events.kgumsb.edu.bt/category/10/
    • Go to the Materials section.
    • Download and follow the Abstract Submission Manual” for detailed instructions.
    • Log in to your account and submit your abstract as guided.

Specific format of abstract

1. For Research based

    • Introduction
    • Aims and objectives
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Abstract word limit: 250 words
  • Font size: 12
  • Font style: Times New Roman
  • Number of authors allowed: 2 (Principle Investigator)
  • Number of submissions allowed: 1
  • Template for abstract: As defined in the Conference Event Website.

 

2. For Case Study

    • Title
    • Background
    • Case Presentation
    • Diagnosis
    • Intervention
    • Outcome
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • 3–5 keywords

 

  • Word limit: 250–300 words
  • Language: English (Dzongkha terms may be included where appropriate)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
  • Structure: Use bold subheadings as above
  • References: Not required in abstract (unless specified)
