Abstract Submission via KGUMSB EventHub Portal
- Create a User Profile (if you don’t have one):
- Visit: https://events.kgumsb.edu.bt/category/2/
- Go to the Materials section.
- Download and follow the “KGUMSB EventHub Portal Profile Creation Manual” to create your profile.
- Recover Password (if you already have a profile but forgot the password):
- Go to the login page of the portal.
- Click on “Forgot my password”.
- Enter your registered email ID.
- A password reset link will be sent to your email (if the email matches the system records).
- Submit Your Abstract:
- Visit: https://events.kgumsb.edu.bt/category/2/
- Go to the Materials section.
- Download and follow the “Abstract Submission Manual” for detailed instructions.
- Log in to your account and submit your abstract as guided.

- Abstract word limit: 250 words
- Font size: 12
- Font style: Times New Roman
- Number of authors allowed: 1 (Principle Investigator)
- Number of submissions allowed: 1
- Template for abstract: as defined in the Conference Event Websiste.
